Hands-On Science Camp is the California Science Center’s annual camp for pre-kindergarteners to ninth graders. The Think Farm created a program catalogue that was fun and vibrant, veering away from the stigma around science, especially for girls. While the visuals had to appeal to children to get them excited about the camp, it had to attract the parents who were the actual decision-makers signing their kids up for programs. The booklet had to present a dense amount of information in an organized, easily-searchable format, using tables and color coding. The established visuals for the catalogue were reinterpreted for the official camp t-shirt.
